Lauren Silverstein was an intern with Orangefiery from June through August 2019. I had the privilege of working with Lauren directly on a number of projects during her time with us, including social media strategy, writing assignments and various desk research projects.

 

Lauren contributed to the company in many ways during her brief time in the intern role. She showed that she has many professional and personal strengths that will take her far. Professionally, Lauren demonstrated an ability to grasp complex tasks despite having limited public relations experience. She is a self-starter and a critical thinker who puts a lot of thought into her work; the quality of her work was just as strong as work from someone with more professional experience. She also successfully juggled multiple projects for multiple team members and clients, which is often one of the most challenging things for someone new to the agency environment to achieve.

 

Just as importantly, Lauren was a wonderful team player. Her positivity/good nature and willingness to pitch in wherever help was needed, and without hesitation, was truly outstanding. She approached all of her work with an open mind, a desire to learn and the goal of contributing her best work and thinking.

 

I speak for myself and the entire Orangefiery team when I say that we would not hesitate to have Lauren back on our team, or to highly recommend her for any new job or activity she would like to pursue.
