Throughout the duration of this public relations research course (Spring 2019), my group conducted research for our client, The Lerner Center Office of Health Promotions in Syracuse, NY. After a few meetings with the client, we developed research objectives and conducted quantitative and qualitative research through an online survey of key demographics, a focus group, and social listening content analysis using the platform Social Studio. Below is our final client report and presentation deck that we presented to the client in April 2020.
